Qualifications
?Education: Associates degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
?Licensure: Valid ARRT certification and Indiana state radiologic licensure; EKG certification (e.g., CCI or NHA) preferred.
?Experience: 2+ years in radiography and EKG procedures; hospital experience ideal.
?Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating X-ray|EKG equipment, image processing, and equipment maintenance.
?Soft Skills: Strong patient communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
?Prepare patients for X-rays|EKGs, addressing special needs and ensuring safety protocols.
?Operate and maintain radiologic|EKG equipment; troubleshoot or coordinate repairs.
?Evaluate image quality, retake studies as needed, and deliver results to physicians.
?Manage X-ray film library, patient records, and departmental supply inventory.
?Conduct EKGs, interpret tracings, and communicate findings to medical staff.
?Track diagnostic statistics and provide performance improvement data to leadership.
?Mentor staff or supervise workflows as required.
