Position: ServiceNow QA Tester

Location: Chicago, IL ( Hybrid )

Responsibilities:

1. Test Strategy Development:

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business objectives.

1. ServiceNow Testing:

• Lead and execute testing efforts for ServiceNow applications, including core modules and custom developments.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.

1. Test Automation:

• Implement and enhance test automation frameworks for ServiceNow.
• Develop automated test scripts for efficient and effective testing.

1. Integration Testing:

• Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow applications with other systems.
• Verify data flow and functionality across integrated platforms.

1. Defect Management:

• Identify, log, and manage defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Work towards timely resolution of identified issues.

1. Quality Assurance Metrics:

• Establish and monitor key quality assurance metrics for ServiceNow projects.
• Provide regular reports on testing progress and results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Test Lead with a focus on ServiceNow testing.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform functionalities and configurations.
• Experience in test automation tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certification is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL processes.
• Previous experience in leading QA efforts for large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
