Position Overview:

As a Public Relations and Communications Assistant , you will play a vital role in executing performance-driven campaigns , collaborating with the Marketing Manager and key accounts to deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities will involve working directly with customers, coordinating promotional activities, and enhancing client visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management : Assist in planning and executing PR projects assigned by the Marketing Manager.
  • Client Collaboration : Partner with key accounts to align PR campaigns with promotional objectives.
  • Event Coordination : Organize and oversee in-store service events to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Customer Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while effectively communicating promotional services.
  • Measurement & Strategy : Support the Marketing Manager in refining strategies to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
  • Creative Contributions : Develop promotional marketing materials and visual merchandising displays.
  • Supplier & Partner Relations : Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel.
  • Record-Keeping : Track and maintain accurate records of event traffic, production, and inventory.
  • Innovation : Propose innovative ideas and strategies to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
