About Us

Trojan Roofing, a leading name in exterior home remodeling, is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This role requires an on-site presence daily and fieldwork as needed. The Project Manager plays a crucial role in permit acquisition , job site inspections , crew coordination , and ensuring high-quality completion of roofing, siding, and gutter projects. Additionally, this role serves as a communication bridge between crews, sales teams, and branch management to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, siding, and/or gutter installation or project management required
  




• Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
  




• Prior project management experience or crew leadership preferred
  
  




• Strong proficiency in Google workspace   Suite and digital tools
  




• Experience in contract negotiations and crew payments
  




• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and trades for efficient scheduling
  




• Highly organized and detail-oriented
  




• Must have or be willing to obtain a smartphone for work-related tasks
  




• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
  

Schedule & Work Hours

• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (subject to change based on project needs)
  




• Saturdays & Sundays as needed
  




• On-call availability for emergency project needs
  

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and weekly project builds and service calls
  




• Obtain and manage necessary permits for project execution
  




• Conduct inspections before, during, and after project completion
  




• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any post-build concerns
  




• Facilitate communication between the sales team and production crews
  




• Recruit, interview , and onboard new production crews
  




• Manage payroll distribution for crew members
  




• Assist with fleet management as needed
  




• Provide ladder assistance for inspections

• $40,000 - $65,000 per year (Based on experience)
