Sheetfed and Web Printing Estimator (Onsite Only) $75k - $85k salary + bonus opportunity.

Location: Phoenix Arizona - CourierGraphics.com- Onsite Position (No Remote Available)

What You’ll Do: 
As a Sheetfed and Web Printing Estimator, you’ll be the critical link between our sales team and production, owning the estimation, planning, and management of jobs from start to finish. You’ll work with 1-2 sales reps to help close major commercial print deals in the Southwest. 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare detailed estimates and project plans for high-quality print projects. 

• Collaborate closely with sales reps, production, and management to deliver on client needs. 

• Maintain accurate pricing and specifications while ensuring timely project delivery. 

• Analyze project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions. 

• Continuously seek ways to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.

• Quickly and accurately prepare estimates to help the sales team close deals. 

• Consistently meet or exceed deadlines while delivering high-quality work. 

• Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table: 
Must-Have Skills: 

• Proven experience in web and sheetfed printing estimating. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. 

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. 

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word. 

Nice-to-Have Skills: 

• Advanced Excel or database skills. 

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc. 

• Technical skills, including computer repair or upgrades.
