Your Role:

• Uphold our rules and policies as you navigate an array of complex settings.
• Decipher intricate blueprints and job routers to exacting tolerances as tight as .0005”-.005”.
• Set up machines with various tool types, from boring soft/hard jaws to collet chucks and specialty tooling, using various advanced EDM machines.
• Create top-notch, complex components from exotic materials like Hastelloy and Inconel.
• Program machines based on tooling directives and material specs for optimal performance.
• Ensure the high quality of parts by using precision tools like CMMs and micrometers.
• Collaborate with CNC programming experts to troubleshoot and create innovative fixturing solutions.
• Manage comprehensive documentation and ERP systems to keep schedules aligned.
• Seize the opportunity to work overtime, including weekends, to meet project milestones.
• Embrace other tasks as delegated by Aerodyn leadership to grow your expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

• A solid foundation of 3-5 years in a machining environment; aerospace experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of all things CNC and conventional machining, including welding.
• Proficient in G & M code programming (Mastercam/NX preferred).
• Resourceful problem solver with strong mechanical insight.
• Self-sufficient yet collaborative; eager to meet strict deadlines.
• Demonstrates professionalism in all undertakings.
• Quick adaptability to physical taskings outlined below.
