Precision MIG Fabrication Welder — Industrial Machinery Frames

Pay: $26.00–$28.00

Express Employment Professionals of Rancho Cucamonga is hiring a hands-on welder/fabricator for a respected manufacturing partner. If you take pride in ultra-clean, square, repeatable fabrication work, this shop-centered role is for you.

A day in the shop

You roll into a well-organized fabrication cell, pull square and rectangular steel tube, and study the print. Your MIG welder is dialed in. You tack, check for squareness, confirm alignment, and stitch components into a rigid machine frame. Between passes you verify tolerances, make note of weld symbols, and refine edges with a 7" dual‑handle grinder. The frame leaves your table accurate, clean, and ready for assembly—because you built it that way.

What you’ll handle

• Build and weld industrial machinery frames from square/rectangular steel tubing.
• Perform MIG welding to exact standards (Stick and TIG exposure is a plus).
• Hold tight tolerances—verify alignment, squareness, and fit throughout.
• Grind and finish with a 7" dual‑handle grinder for refined results.
• Read blueprints and interpret weld symbols with precision.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company quality and safety practices aligned with OSHA requirements.

What makes you successful

• 3+ years in frame or industrial equipment welding/fabrication.
• Comfort with tight‑tolerance builds and precision measurement tools.
• Strong blueprint/layout skills and measurement accuracy.
• Stamina and skill using a 7" grinder for extended finish work.
• This is not pipe or construction/field welding—your strength is precision fabrication.
