Pipe Welder
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour (Based on Experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Welding Test Requirements
This position requires passing two welding tests :
1. 2” Pipe Schedule 40 in a 6G Position – TIG all the way out.
2. 6” Pipe Schedule 40 Rollout – MIG root with flux fill and cap (this test cannot be done with TIG). Candidates must know how to use a pinwheel .
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipe Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and assembling metal pipe systems used in manufacturing and industrial applications .
Responsibilities:
· Perform high-quality welds in accordance with project specifications.
· Work with various metals, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum .
· Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards .
· Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols .
· Utilize proper welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and Flux processes.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in pipe welding.
· Ability to pass both required welding tests .
· Strong technical knowledge of pipe welding procedures .
· Experience using a pinwheel for pipe fitting and welding .
· Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance procedures .
