About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Easton, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess a strong understanding of pharmacy operations. You will play a crucial role in assisting with prescription processing, managing patient information, and ensuring efficient pharmacy workflow.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the accurate processing of prescriptions.
Accurately enter and update patient information within the pharmacy system.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
Restock and organize pharmacy inventory.
Contact physician's offices to obtain necessary documentation for prescription processing.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience with pharmacy software systems is a plus.
