A well-established, privately-owned investment management firm is seeking a full-time Marketing & Client Service Associate to join its collaborative and high-performing team. With over three decades of experience applying behavioral finance principles to equity markets, the firm manages a multi-billion dollar portfolio across a diverse client base, including financial intermediaries and institutional investors.
This is a high-visibility role ideal for a detail-oriented, project-minded professional looking to build a long-term career in asset management.
Key Responsibilities
RFP & Questionnaire Management
+ Draft and edit responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI)
+ Address client-specific inquiries from consultants and advisors
+ Collect and analyze data from financial software platforms
+ Support internal and external stakeholders with data requests
Marketing Support
+ Create and maintain factsheets, presentations, and investment commentaries
+ Assist the Sales team with marketing collateral, product positioning, and reporting materials
Client Reporting & Analytics
+ Update external performance reporting databases and client records
+ Analyze investment data and respond to client and advisor inquiries
Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Partner with investment, sales, trading, and compliance teams on ad-hoc projects

Requirements
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
+ Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with investment software a plus
+ Ability to work on-site in San Mateo, CA five days per week
+ Experience in financial services and knowledge of AI tools for investment writing preferred
