Job Title: PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and support PeopleSoft HR modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Develop reports and queries using PeopleSoft Query Manager, SQL, or other reporting tools.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline processes and enhance system functionality.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide training and support to HR users on PeopleSoft functionalities.
• Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, including system configurations and workflows.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Query, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Experience with HR processes, compliance, and data security best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile or project-based environment.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, integrations, and customizations.
• Knowledge of cloud-based HRIS solutions and integrations.
• Understanding of payroll and benefits administration processes.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
