Job Description:
As a Part-Time Registered Nurse at Lacey Post Acute and Rehabilitation, you will provide direct patient care, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible care in a safe, nurturing, and comfortable environment. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans while working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Monitor patient progress and make recommendations for improvements
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Assist in patient education regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and recovery goals
Collaborate with physicians, other RNs, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards of practice
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State
BLS/CPR certification required
Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
