Job Description

• Communicates with Shipping Team Leaders to insure all wooden pallets used for finished goods meet EBI standards.
• Communicates with Shipping Team Leaders to insure repairs to wooden pallets used for finished goods are done based off the needs of production.
• Communicates the need for wood materials and tools with direct supervisor in a timely fashion.
• Secures repaired and good wooden pallets used for finished goods for proper delivery and storage.
• Maintains the proper storage of wood materials and tools used to fix wooden pallets with the help of Shipping Forklift/Reach Truck Operators.
• At times will share the responsibility of Packaging Repairs based off company needs.

• Fix damaged wooden pallets used for finished goods.
• Communicate with Shipping Team Leader to insure necessary goals are understood and met daily.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards for any and all areas that have been assigned to be cleaned. 
• Effectively working and meeting all specified deadlines.
• Complying with the industry standards and safety regulations of working.
• Work as part of the team.

• Physical ability to bend, stoop, stand and repetitively lift, push, pull 50 or more lbs continuously throughout assigned work shift.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions / directions.
• Ability and desire to perform other duties as assigned as it relates to the scope and nature of our business.
• Ability to work any hours that are in accordance to daily production schedules.
• Ability to transfer as needed to other shift and / or department.
• Availability to work 6 days per week if needed.
