Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Rep who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and creating real business growth. In this role, you’ll take the lead in identifying new prospects, presenting tailored solutions, and building long-term client partnerships. You’ll work independently while being supported by a collaborative team and proven systems, giving you both the flexibility and resources needed to excel.   • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
  • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
  • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
  • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
  • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
  • Complete daily sales routes and appointments
  • Join industry organizations and attend industry trade shows, expos, meetings, and other functions
  • Set up and attend one-on-one lunches, company presentations for clients, and fun outings
  • Working closely with the Business Development Executive to communicate customer feedback
  • Liaises with other members of the team to solve client problems

Qualifications:
  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
  • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
  • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
  • Ability to show great communication
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Google Products
  • High energy level, sense of urgency, and results-driven
  • Competent in the use of CRM systems for managing prospects and customers
  • Ability to make a good first impression
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to assist and travel (drive) within the territory 100% of the time
  • Must currently live in the LA/OC area
  • Starting base salary depends on experience
  • Qualify for monthly commissions when sales goals are met
