• Perform data entry, maintain records, and update databases accurately.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide customer support when needed.
• Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
• Order office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete special projects and tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
