Robert Half is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Business Office Assistant for a client in Valley Center, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in staying organized, and is ready to support a busy office with a wide range of administrative tasks. From managing schedules to handling data entry and assisting with reports, you'll be a key player in keeping the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to office staff and management
+ Answer phones, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
+ Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
+ Maintain filing systems and office supplies
+ Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
+ 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Ability to multitask and work independently
