Reports To: Guest Services Manager
We pride ourselves on delivering five-star service from the moment guests arrive until their departure. Our Non-CDL Driver is the first and last impression of the hotel responsible for safely transporting guests in style while embodying warmth, professionalism, and luxury hospitality.
Guest Transportation: Safely operate hotel vehicles (sedans, SUVs, and shuttles under CDL requirement limits) to transport guests to and from airports, local attractions, meetings, and other destinations.
Exceptional Service: Greet guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor; assist with luggage, provide local insights, and ensure guests feel cared for throughout their journey.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain clean driving record; follow all traffic laws, hotel safety policies, and guest service protocols.
Vehicle Care: Perform routine inspections, maintain cleanliness, and promptly report any maintenance needs to management.
Concierge Support: Provide recommendations on dining, shopping, and attractions to elevate the guest experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with front desk, bell staff, and concierge teams to coordinate timely pickups and drop-offs.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or professional driving preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of local area, attractions, and roadways.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (assisting with luggage).

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
