Job Title: Night Shift Alert Triage Specialist

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Compensation: $14/hour

Schedule: Night shifts (8pm to 4 am or 12 am to 8am)

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Shift Alert Triage Specialist. This position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible, low-volume role that requires availability during nighttime hours. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage alerts from our application, contact users as needed, and document interactions in our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Alerts: Stay on-call during your shift to monitor incoming alerts from our application.
  • User Communication: Respond to approximate alerts by making calls to notify users about the alerts and provide necessary information.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in our platform.
  • Escalation: Escalate issues when necessary according to company protocols.

Qualifications

  • Availability: Ability to work night shifts reliably.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using basic technology, including our alert management platform and phone systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to document information accurately and follow procedures consistently.
  • Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to remain on-call and responsive during shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with call handling and documentation systems.
