Schedule: Night shifts (8pm to 4 am or 12 am to 8am)

This position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible, low-volume role that requires availability during nighttime hours. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage alerts from our application, contact users as needed, and document interactions in our platform.
