We are seeking a New Homes Construction Project Manager for our client in the residential construction industry. This role is critical for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of new home construction projects, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget goals are met.
Manage all phases of new home construction projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status.
Resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts efficiently.
Ensure all documentation, reports, and permits are accurate and up to date.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Superintendent or Project Manager in residential or new home projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Buildertrend, Procore, etc.).
