National Sales Operations Leader – Food Products
Location : Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid flexibility)
Salary Range : $150,000–$250,000 base, plus growth incentives

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated National Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations in the perishable foods industry. This leadership role is pivotal in driving sales strategy, mentoring a talented team, and expanding our market reach. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership :
  Oversee national sales operations, creating strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
  Provide mentorship, guidance, and direction to a growing sales and customer service team.

• Team Management :
  Lead and motivate sales and customer service teams to achieve and exceed targets while fostering collaboration and accountability.

• Market Strategy :
  Expand market penetration for perishable food products nationwide, navigating industry-specific challenges.
  Cultivate relationships with major clients and distributors to ensure sales goals are consistently exceeded.

• Collaboration and Reporting :
  Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and align efforts with business objectives.
