What You’ll Do:

• Performs a variety of patient care activities to assist physicians and nursing personnel
• Delivers quality customer service and maintains established quality control standards
• Shows patients to exam rooms according to company standards
• Records patient care documentation in the medical record accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinates patient care as directed by physicians, company standards and policies
• Processes appropriate documents in an organized and accurate fashion
• Respects patient confidentiality always
• Organizes exam and treatment rooms, stocks and cleans rooms and sterilizes instruments

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in a Dermatology office with Back Office experience preferred but not required
• 3+ year experience in any other specialty as a Medical Assistant
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Follow Dispensary Technician Policy
• Follow All Policies
