Job Description

We’re hiring a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the implementation of digital campaigns, consistent brand messaging, and lead generation workflows. This fully remote role is ideal for experienced professionals who are proactive, results-focused, and thrive in a structured, performance-oriented environment.

In this position, you’ll follow proven systems, use brand-approved content, and collaborate with a professional team to execute tasks aligned with clear marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Execute digital marketing campaigns across email and social platforms
Manage CRM workflows and segment audiences for optimized outreach
Optimize messaging using pre-built templates and brand assets
Track performance using analytics tools and prepare reporting
Conduct audience and market research to support campaign decisions
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure message alignment
Maintain daily task management using internal systems and checklists

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or content management
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, analytics, and lead funnels
Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently within remote structures and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
