The Consulting Manager of Business Insights is responsible for collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders to support and ensure the delivery of data applications and platforms. As a Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for the analysis, adjustment, and reengineering of different aspects of the systems and business processes. You will work closely with the IT and Business Teams to provide support and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, harmonize data and decompose high-level information into requirement details
• Analyze and document user/business workflows
• Translate high-level objectives into feasible, testable, measurable functional specifications
• Conduct gap and root cause analysis to identify underlying data needs and opportunities
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, document and refine business and functional requirements
• Interpret, summarize and present data findings with recommendations to key stakeholders
• Build and maintain automated reports & dashboards with operational metrics and KPIs
• Identify and address data quality issues and drive improved data quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytics needs, set priorities, and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with business data analysis or technical product ownership experience
• CPG or Retail experience preferred
• Command of the process of business analysis and insights, best practices, templates, etc.
• Experience in mapping complex processes and integration processes
• Experience in SQL and dashboarding skills
• Experience going beyond number-crunching, reports, and dashboard creation -- ability to understand the business impact of the data and make recommendations based on your findings
• Experience with project execution and dependency management from tech teams to business users
