Now Hiring! Lube Truck Operator.  

Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional overtime during busy project periods.

Salary: Between $45k-50k.

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia/North Atlanta.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lube Truck Operator to ensure our fleet and equipment are well-maintained and ready for operation. This role is vital to supporting our teams in the field and maintaining our commitment to outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do:  

• Perform routine lubrication of heavy equipment such as backhoes, skid steers, and excavators.
• Conduct simple visual inspections to identify potential issues.
• Identify and communicate items to appropriate team members.
• Carry out basic services, including blowing out air filters, checking fluid levels, and routine fueling of vehicles and equipment.
• Travel to 1-4 job sites per day across Metro Atlanta to maintain equipment as scheduled.
• Organize and maintain shop tools, materials, and equipment.
• Provide basic support for maintenance operations as needed.
• Monitor inventory required for supporting the projects.
• Communicate with suppliers and Operations Manager.
• Safely maneuver equipment including a 14’ trailer.

Requirements:  

• Hazmat or CDL NOT required.
• Strong work ethic and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable traveling around Metro Atlanta.
