As we grow, we are seeking experienced, career- driven Logistics Coordinators / Dispatchers to add to our awesome team! The ideal candidates will have a successful history of providing stellar customer experience to both clients and carriers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years with inbound call center experience
• Positive, punctual, motivated, and organized
• High level of multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Strong multi-tasking and computer skills with the ability to work with multi-faceted systems
• Patience and a passion to help others is needed to succeed at this role
• Excellent customer service skills and team player attitude.

• Experience working with any of the following software/systems is a plus: Salesforce, Microsoft Suite Products, Cargotel
