Your Role: As a Truck Team Member, you'll be the face of our brand, embarking on a new adventure every day. You'll travel around the city, help customers declutter their spaces, and ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. You'll work closely with your team, building camaraderie and creating unforgettable memories.
What You'll Do:
Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Efficiently and safely remove junk from residential and commercial properties.
Load and unload the truck with care, treating every item as if it were your own.
Keep the truck and equipment clean and well-maintained.
Work as part of a team to meet daily goals and exceed customer expectations.
Make a positive impact on the community by recycling and donating items whenever possible.
What We're Looking For:
A positive and energetic attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (3+ years with a license, 21+ years of age, for insurance purposes).
Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
A passion for helping others and making a difference.

Competitive pay ($18-$20/HR all in with cash/credit tips) plus profit share bonuses.
