Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + strong benefits

Your Role:

• Conduct assessments and create customized treatment plans.
• Offer evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
• Integrate modern therapy techniques and digital tools.

Requirements

What You Need to Qualify:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Counseling.
• Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Oregon.
• Background in clinical therapy and patient care.
• Strong communication skills in both in-person and virtual settings.
