Job Description

One Two Three Service LLC is looking for skilled and reliable licensed electricians to join our team as full-time W2 employees. If you have experience with electrical systems and enjoysolving problems, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll work on a variety of electrical systems in both residential and commercial properties witth a stable work schedule, full benefits, and competitive pay. 

• Full-time employees typically work 40 hours a week (8 hours a day, 5 days a week). 
• W2 employees typically receive benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and  paid time off, as reported on the W2 form. 
• W2 employee to earn nearly than $2,000 per week, depending on the type of work,  industry, and job position. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems for residential and commercial properties. 
• Installing and upgrading electrical panels to meet code requirements and increase power capacity.
• Performing load calculations to ensure electrical systems are properly designed and meet capacity needs.
• Installing or repairing electrical service entrances, including the main disconnect and meter bases.
• Wiring new homes, buildings, and large commercial projects to code. 
• Performing grounding and bonding of electrical systems to prevent electrical shock hazards. 
• Troubleshooting and repairing faulty circuit breakers, fuses, and wiring. 
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining lighting control systems, such as dimmers, occupancy sensors, and timers. 
• Installing and maintaining electrical distribution systems, including transformers and distribution  boards. 
• Conducting electrical inspections and ensuring all work complies with the NEC (National  Electrical Code). 
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times. 

Requirements: 

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 
• Licensed Electrician (required). 
• Necessary tools for electrical work. 
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. 
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. 
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality work. 
• Reliable work ethic and a positive attitude.
