About Coeur d'Alene Resort:
Our resort prides itself on impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented janitor to oversee the Lakeview Terrace and ensure all areas meet our high standards.
The Role:
As the Lakeview Terrace Janitor, you will manage and support the overnight cleaning staff, coordinate daily cleaning schedules, and ensure the resort is spotless and ready for guests each day. This position is seasonal with potential for full-time continuation.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize a pressure washer
Inspect all areas for cleanliness and safety compliance
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with facilities teams
Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are followed
Must be able to regularly lift 50lbs. Occasionally will need to lift 100-15lbs

Previous experience in janitorial or hospitality cleaning preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards
Ability to work independently
