The IT Service Manager serves as the linchpin in ensuring that our technology services exceed client expectations as well as overseeing the NOC and Service teams, optimizing technical workflows, and implementing best practices to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor teams of IT professionals, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.
• Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor compliance to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Act as the primary contact for major incidents, coordinating responses and communicating with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications for IT Service Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT service management, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
