IT Manager - Dynamics NAV - Tewksbury, MA - $130k

A well-established food manufacturing company is looking for an IT Manager to join their team. They are looking for a "Swiss Army Knife" technology leader who has both the ability to be hands-on supporting users and troubleshooting help desk tickets, but that will also develop the company's 5 years IT strategy, planning for upgrade and integration efforts.

* Manage the organization's corporate applications and IT infrastructure (including Microsoft Business Central, Power Platform, etc.)
* Develop, implement, and maintain high-performance database systems
* Support additional IT Helpdesk efforts within networking, server, and cybersecurity administration
* Generate key reports for executive leadership using Power BI
* Provide training and support to users
* Improve current business processes focused around the production floor
* Lead future technology improvement projects, coordinating with the company's VAR and MSP

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central
* Experience with Power Platform highly preferred (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)
* Background in IT Helpdesk, ERP Analysis, and/or Database Administration
* Basic understanding of accounting and supply chain processes
* Entrepreneurial, determined personality not afraid to roll up their sleeves
* Great communication skills
