Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive marketing materials and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Engage in insightful competitive analyses, contributing to the strategic direction of clients' business decisions.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
- At least two years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, or transaction services with a reputable firm.
- Previous experience in M&A or internships related to finance or investment banking is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively.
