Job Duties

• Develop and maintain Training Modules, Skill Checks, and Job Aids. Create supporting animations, photographs, and videos.
• Create and maintain Course Maps and related training aids. Or may develop any project that may be needed to support training program initiatives.
• Create supporting animations, photographs, and videos.
• Create and maintain course programs and related training aids.
• Conduct meetings with subject matter experts to develop and revise modules, videos, and photographs.
• Collaborate with other Instructional Designers on module development and module review. Collaborate with the Media Production Specialist for videos and animations
• Conduct training sessions as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Two to three years of prior experience with related subject matter.
• Excellent writing, communication skills, and experience with various computer applications.
