Are you an experienced or aspiring Information Technology professional as an Infrastructure Associate? Are you looking to be part of a dynamic Enterprise Services team? Then CalVCB has an excellent opportunity for you.

The Information Technology Associate (ITA) is responsible for supporting the IT infrastructure supporting CalVCB operations. This position will primarily function within the Systems Engineering domain.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience applying security, operating system, and software patches and updates.

• Experience supporting the infrastructure staff tasked with disaster recovery testing and maintenance of supporting documentation.

• Experience recommending procurements of computing equipment by researching and reporting on emerging technologies and trends on an ongoing and as-needed basis.

This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in-person at least two days per week.

This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year. Failure to comply with the Conflict of Interest Code requirements may void the appointment.
