We are a dynamic and growing real estate investment and development company seeking an experienced attorney to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position with occasional in-office requirements in Houston, Texas.

What You'll Do:

Manage all aspects of litigation cases, from discovery to trial.
Represent the company in court proceedings, including mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
Negotiate and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Provide legal guidance and counsel on a wide range of legal matters.
Contribute to the company's business development and expansion.
What You'll Bring:

3-10 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on business litigation and/or commercial real estate.
Licensed to practice law in Texas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
