Work with venture capital team to draft, review and negotiate term sheets from a legal and business perspective. Review and advise on portfolio company actions including requests for board or shareholder consents. Direct outside counsel on drafting and negotiation of investment documents. Monitor portfolio company activity in staged or tranched investments to avoid missed opportunities or penalties.
