We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in the apartment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in common areas and apartment units, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents and visitors. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the overall living experience in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and community facilities.
- Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of vacant apartment units before new residents move in.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, walls, and light fixtures.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with special projects, such as seasonal cleaning or preparing for community events, as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to their cleaning requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in the apartment or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
