Job Description: As an Entry-Level System Analyst at Midwestern IT, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, maintaining, and optimizing our information systems. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure and support various business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
System Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of current systems, processes, and user needs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Data Collection: Gather and document user requirements, business processes, and system specifications to develop a clear understanding of the project scope.
Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system design, flowcharts, and user manuals, to facilitate effective communication and knowledge transfer.
Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing and quality assurance process to identify and resolve system issues or bugs.
Troubleshooting: Provide support for end-users by troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient problem resolution.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality system solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of systems and processes by suggesting enhancements and updates to meet evolving business needs.
Technical Skills Development: Actively participate in training and skill development programs to enhance your knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of database management and system design principles.
Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management software is a plus.
