Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Mon - Fri 8:30AM -12:30PM Grocery Shopper to join our team! As a Purchasing Assistant, you will be working along side the Reconciliation Specialist to determine client supply needs, place orders, and assist in finding the tools they need to do their jobs. Following up on supply requests, and monitoring inventory levels of essential goods. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed, and an understanding of supply chain procedures.
Responsibilities
Take supply requests from departments, determining need
Place orders, deliver groceries to group homes
Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering an appropriate amount of product before it is at critical levels
Qualifications
DL Required
Previous experience in a similar position desired
Verbal communication skills
The ability to multitask and shift priorities, as needed
