Position Overview:
The Handyman Technician will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' properties are consistently maintained to the highest standards. This position is a 1099 contractor role, offering flexibility in your work schedule while requiring a commitment to delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across various areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general property repairs.
• Have to travel around 50 miles radius from home location.
• Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
• Communicate effectively with property management to ensure proper coordination of tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Must have basic tools for work.
• Strong technical knowledge across various repair and maintenance disciplines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required for effective communication.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
