FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly base rate plus the opportunity for an additional $1.00/hour for working your full schedule
Position Overview: Overcast glove cuffs; Inspect finished gloves for flaws
Essential Job Functions:

• Operate industrial overcasting machines with care and precision
• Sits at overcasting machine for extended periods overcasting gloves
• Stands at inspection table for extended periods to inspect and trim finished gloves
• Turns gloves and double gloves when needed
• Takes pride in ensuring an excellent finished glove is ready for shipment to customers

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Other duties as assigned by Department Manager

Training: Necessary training will be provided on the job.
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience: No experience necessary, training will be provided

• Physical Requirements: Ability to handle and stack totes of gloves that may weigh 30-35 pounds; Standing for extended periods of time; Sitting for extended periods of time;

Working Conditions: Plant environment with constant background noise
