Chelsea Hospitality Group (CHG) is a family-owned hospitality company based in New Jersey, dedicated to creating world-class food and beverage experiences. CHG’s latest project in Morristown, NJ involves managing multiple food and beverage outlets within a sustainably built, mixed-use property. These outlets include a ground-floor restaurant, conference catering, pantry services, and pop-up concepts.

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented French-Speaking Concierge to manage workplace hospitality services within a luxury workplace in Morristown, NJ. As the first point of contact for guests in the building, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in French and English, a warm demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

What You’ll Do :

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude, providing assistance in French and English.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all registration details.
• Address guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the workplace, local attractions, and services in both French and English.
• Communicate effectively with the culinary team, housekeeping, maintenance, IT, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the workplace hospitality venues.
• Handle guest complaints or issues calmly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
• Provide solutions for unforeseen challenges, assisting team members with administrative tasks or guest requests as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

What We Need From You :

• An eagerness to continue to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• A strong hospitality mindset with great attention to detail.
• Experience in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred, but not necessary.
• A collaborative and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
• Available to work from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to occasionally work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds.
• Fluency in French and English is highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of A/V systems and conferencing technology is a plus but not required.
