Location : We are seeking an experienced Food Track/POS Admin for BJCC, Legacy Arena, and Proactive Stadium in Birmingham, LA .
Principal Function :
Must be able set up Point of Sale devices and enter unit product orders.
* Deploy workstations, servers, printers, scanners, firewalls, encryption systems, and appliances
security systems.
* Ensure the integrity and security of enterprise data on host computers, multiple databases, and
during data transfer in accordance with business needs and industry best-practices regarding
privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
* Perform Data Entry for the Purchasing Department
* Perform and test routine system backups and restores.
* Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software issues on servers,
and workstations; Respond to outages or system downtime efficiently and effectively.
* Set up, handout, and collect POS devices after events.
* Analyze system, server, application, network, and input/output device performance.
* Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware upgrades, patches and
reconfigurations as directed by corporate IT.
* Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of
systems software procurement and development efforts.
