The Film, Photography, and Visual Arts Teacher will introduce fundamental concepts of video and audio design, editing, and the basic hardware and software used to create effective video productions. Visual arts courses in the Upper School are elective courses, while middle school students’ schedules include a visual arts.
Springdale offers a rigorous curriculum based on real-world application to equip students socially, academically, and emotionally. Springdale teachers offer differentiated and globally minded instruction to students in small class sizes. Full-time teachers are responsible for teaching four or five classes per academic year, as well as participating in extracurricular activities. Teachers should have the ability to infuse technology to create inquiry and project-based lessons to enhance students learning through various instructional strategies and approaches. Springdale teachers encourage and support students though a positive learning environment.
