Blown Film Machine Technician or Skilled Operator
Job Responsibilities:
• Operate the blown film machine efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance, upkeep, and basic troubleshooting of the equipment
• Follow the production plan to fulfill orders while ensuring efficiency and quality
• Inspect and record production data to meet standards
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Production Manager
Job Requirements:
• Familiarity with factory production processes
• Prior experience in operating blown film machines is preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts (day & night) and willingness to work on weekends if required
• Basic mechanical operation skills and the ability to handle minor equipment issues
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
