Description We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join us as File Clerks for a short-term contract position in San Leandro, California. This opportunity involves assisting with a specific project over the course of 3 to 4 days, working 8 hours each day. If you have basic office skills and enjoy precise, hands-on tasks, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: - Fold annual statements accurately and prepare them for mailing. - Insert documents into envelopes while ensuring the recipient's address aligns correctly with the envelope window. - Maintain organization and efficiency throughout the project. - Handle clerical tasks with a high degree of attention to detail. - Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards. Requirements - Previous experience with basic clerical duties or office tasks. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy. - Familiarity with preparing documents for mailing processes. - Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently within a team. - Availability to commit to the full duration of the 3 to 4-day project.
