Position Overview:
Join a dynamic, multi-specialty practice serving communities across Brooklyn and Queens, NY . We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) passionate about integrative, patient-first care. New grads welcome!

Qualifications:

• Active NY NP license (FNP-BC).
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• ENT, primary care, or multi-specialty experience is a plus.
• EHR proficiency & strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams and health assessments.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists.
