Post-training, enjoy a schedule that includes Sundays and Mondays off, working the C-Shift from 3:30-11:30pm.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Maximize machine productivity by operating extrusion and thermoforming equipment safely and efficiently.
• Skillfully address operational issues by adjusting and troubleshooting machines as necessary.
• Innovate solutions to tackle production-related problems.
• Provide assistance and mentorship to new team members.
• Complete necessary shift documentation accurately, capturing essential data.
• Monitor quality, identifying and rectifying defects promptly through adjustments.
• Adhere to company housekeeping, standards, and safety guidelines.
• Exhibit mechanical flair, along with effective problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Dexterous manual abilities and effective communication.
• Commitment to accurate and detailed record-keeping.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using math for production data analysis.
• Basic troubleshooting expertise for minor machine complications.
• Understanding of critical measuring tools and quality criteria.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Thermoforming machine principles.

Technical Qualifications:

• Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Background in plastic extrusion, injection, and blow molding operations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints effectively.

Machines You'll Operate:

• Manage operation of injection, extrusion, and blow molding machines.
• Utilize precision tools like measurement gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
