Part-Time Assistant
Location: Temecula, CA (On-site)
Hours: 18 - 24 hours per week

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Assistant to support a busy executive in a professional office environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who can manage and prioritize email correspondence, assist with Excel-based tasks, and create various reports by collecting and analyzing data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the email inbox efficiently.
• Send communications on behalf of the executive.
• Organize documents in shared folders.
• Make requests for information to internal and external customers.
• Collect and organize data to create various reports.
• Assist with creating and updating various Excel spreadsheets.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support executive.

Qualifications:

• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking. 

Requirements:

• Must be available to work on-site in Temecula, CA.
