**Position Summary:**
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Account Manager who is a quick learner, solution-oriented, and enjoys tackling challenges head-on. In this role, you will represent our clients and be a vibrant presence on our sales team. You will have the chance to gain valuable client exposure and make a direct impact on our firm's success.
**Training and Development:**
As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will learn through hands-on experience. We offer a comprehensive 3-4 week onboarding and training program that covers essential business and sales education, our clients' expansion objectives, their products and services, as well as compliance and confidentiality training.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify high-potential markets, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and promotions, while developing outbound business and sales strategies to attract and close potential leads.
- Utilize active listening skills and value-based selling techniques to engage customers and guide them through the sales pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and initiating contact to closing sales and generating referrals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all products, services, and promotions available to specific markets.
- Collaborate with the Senior Sales Account Manager and the Entry-Level Account Manager team to build your sales pipeline by generating and following up on leads, cold-calling, and fostering strong customer relationships for future cross-selling opportunities.
- Actively participate in the outbound sales strategy and business development process, contributing to the creation of essential tools and assets, and engaging in feedback sessions to identify and address areas for improvement within the sales pipeline, pitch, or account management.
**Qualifications:**
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of work experience in sales, account management, hospitality, customer service, or similar fields, with a proven track record of high performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A strong work ethic and a competitive drive to succeed.
